    The plan and the three-month commitment

    FirmFront is one plan at $699/month: your website designed, written, built and hosted, with SSL, technical SEO, the intake chat, a monthly report, and edits (you can edit the text and photos on your site yourself; changes requested in plain English through the Requests tab are handled by an AI assistant with a daily limit). It starts with a three-month commitment, then goes month to month.

    • Billed monthly to the card on file, starting the day you subscribe.
    • The first three monthly invoices are a commitment. Until they have been paid, the plan can only be cancelled under the 30-day guarantee below.
    • Once three invoices have been paid, the plan is month to month. Cancel any time from Settings in your dashboard; cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you've already paid for, and nothing further is charged.
    • When a cancellation takes effect, your site is unpublished: it becomes an unlisted preview that search engines don't index. Your domain and your content remain yours.
    • FirmFront does not sell or register domains. To go live on your own address you need a domain you own, bought from any registrar; that cost is yours and is not part of the subscription.

    The 30-day money-back guarantee

    If you cancel within 30 days of your first monthly charge, we refund that charge in full — including if you're still inside the three-month commitment. Cancel from Settings in your dashboard and it's done — no forms, no retention script.

    • Covers the first monthly subscription charge, refunded in full when you cancel within 30 days of that charge.
    • Applies once per law firm (and once per domain).
    • After a guarantee refund, the subscription ends and the site is unpublished; your domain and your content remain yours.
    • The refund covers the subscription fee only. Anything you pay a registrar or another third party outside the FirmFront subscription is not refunded.
    • The guarantee does not apply to a second subscription for the same firm — if you come back later, the plan starts on its standard terms.
    • Refunds go to the original payment method and are issued when you cancel; banks usually post them within 5 to 10 business days.
